We offer free shipping on all orders over a set threshold to most of countries. The threshold is $50. The delivery threshold applies to all orders irrespective of whether it includes products fulfilled by Bonjour Global and/or a Concession Brand.
Additional premium delivery options may be available depending on your location.

We deliver your order from Hong Kong warehouse.
Time frame for delivery
The order handling time before dispatch takes 2-3 business days (except Sat & Sun) typically according to the location of our warehouses.
Singapore/Malaysia - Usually you will receive your order on the 5th to 7th business day (except Sat & Sun) after payment is finished. We assure the prices you see on our website are final. There won't be any taxes or duties to pay when the product arrives.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Shipping Address Amendment
We do not allow any change or update of shipping address after an order is placed successfully or an order has been dispatched.
A new order placement is required. Please revise the new shipping address by payment gateway in prior to place a new order.
Lost Parcel and Dispute Case
Please contact us if the courier has not delivered the parcel to you 20 business days after dispatched. We will issue a full refund or a re-shipment to you if the parcel is confirmed as lost. We will do our best to assist you for any investigation.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We reserve the rights to reject the refund due to an erroneous and/or incomplete address. Please contact our customer service team in case of a non-receipt of parcel.
